“One of the most renowned and collected porcelain painters of present times”
My porcelain pieces are original and unique. I begin the process by sourcing only the very best English fine bone china. Then, to achieve the richness and depth of colour of the final product I individually hand paint each piece at least five times. After each application of paint the porcelain is fired in my own kiln at a temperature of up to 820 degrees fahrenheit, ensuring the paint sinks deeper into the glaze to build the depth of colour.
It is this attention to detail that makes each piece of porcelain sold by myself truly one of a kind.

“The Royal Worcester Porcelain Company was first established in 1751 and finally closed in 2009. Now the heritage, traditions and skills, can be found in the work of Christopher Hughes. His production is small, each piece is individually chosen by Christopher, then uniquely painted, signed and authenticated with his own backstamp. No two pieces are ever the same and because of this, connoisseurs, collectors and investors seek out the unique quality of his priceless work.”
